1. In-hotel Communication
Support overall In-hotel communication including Visual Merchandise, Signage/Way Finding & Environmental Design that is aligned with brand guidelines, ensuring that enhance guest experiences at the hotel seamlessly.
Develop idea & execute Community Activity (including festive decoration, workshops & events) to enhance brand distinction & drive loyalty.
Implement loyalty communication in the hotel to ensure the program's efficacy & efficiency by recruiting more new users.
2. Market Research
Support understanding the market trend from global and local markets to identify the opportunities.
Support implementing market research to understand guest insights, market opportunities

2-3 years in marketing, highly preferred FMCGs, hospitality, F&B background.
Project Management & Stakeholder Management
Hands-on and hard-working, highly adaptive to a fast-paced working environment.
