About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and ambitious Marketing Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for an individual who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys building meaningful connections, and has a passion for creating engaging brand experiences.

Key Responsibilities
1. Event & Connection Development (60%)
• Plan, organize, and execute marketing events (seminars, exhibitions, roadshows, workshops, partner activities, etc.).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, partners, and stakeholders to expand our marketing network.
• Identify and activate new collaboration opportunities that drive brand visibility and lead generation.
• Manage event logistics end-to-end, including vendor coordination, budgeting, setup, and post-event reporting.
• Ensure that every event delivers a memorable brand experience and contributes to high-quality lead acquisition.
2. Communication & Content (20%)
• Create compelling marketing content for social media, website, newsletters, and other digital platforms.
• Manage and monitor company social media channels to drive engagement and follower growth.
• Support in drafting press releases, blog posts, and marketing collateral that align with the brand voice.
• Collaborate with the design to deliver effective campaigns and communication strategies.
• Track and analyze performance metrics to refine content and communication approaches.
3. Brand Assets Management (20%)
• Oversee and maintain brand consistency across all offline and online touchpoints, with a strong focus on print and event materials.
• Manage brand & institution assets including logos, brand guidelines, brochures, flyers, posters, standees, POSM, merchandise, and event collaterals.
• Coordinate with design and production vendors to ensure quality, timeliness, and brand compliance.
• Support the development of new offline brand materials (e.g., catalogs, event kits, print ads) as well as digital assets when needed.

Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in marketing, event management, or communication.
• Strong interpersonal and networking skills; confident in engaging with partners and stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English proficiency is an advantage).
• Creative mindset with the ability to turn ideas into impactful campaigns.
• Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with social media management tools and
digital marketing is a plus.
