JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Marketing Executive, you will participate in the full cycle of marketing activities - from content creation and event organization to
digital marketing campaigns and market research - to strengthen brand awareness and expand the market in the field of medical systems and equipment.
1. Content & Branding
Develop and execute content plans in alignment with the company's marketing and branding strategy.
Manage and create content across the company's communication platforms (Website, Fanpage, LinkedIn, Email, Brochure, Catalogue, Video, Slide, PR, etc.).
Collaborate with product and sales teams to create in-depth content about products, solutions, and medical technology applications.
Ensure brand consistency across all communication materials.
Work with website design, printing, and creative agencies to produce marketing materials such as event backdrops, exhibition booths, brochures, flyers, and thank-you cards.
2. Digital Marketing
Execute advertising campaigns on Google, Facebook, and LinkedIn; monitor and optimize performance.
Support SEO and optimize the company website and search visibility.
Track user behavior, conversion rates, and performance metrics.
Utilize AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, etc.) for market research, content ideation, and campaign optimization.
3. Event Coordination
Plan, organize, and implement conferences, customer meetings, medical exhibitions, and product workshops.
Capture event photos and document company activities, projects, and product launches for marketing purposes.
Prepare event materials, gifts, and communication tools.
Record and evaluate post-event results.
4. Research & Reporting
Stay updated on marketing trends, digital innovations, and competitor activities.
Analyze customer data to support product strategy.
Prepare regular (weekly/monthly) marketing performance reports.
5. Other Duties
Perform additional marketing-related tasks as assigned by the
Marketing Manager and the Board of Directors.
