Digital Marketing• Plan and manage digital campaigns across Facebook, Google, TikTok, and other
platforms to generate qualified leads.
• Optimize ads based on performance metrics (CPL, CTR, reach, conversion rate).
• Manage IvyEdu's digital channels, ensuring consistent posting, timely updates, and
strong brand presence.
2.2. Content Creation & Management
• Develop high-quality content: PR articles, program communication, social media posts,
landing pages, email content.
• Create content plans monthly/quarterly aligned with enrollment priorities.
• Oversee the production of creative assets (video reels, TikTok scripts, promotional
materials).
• Design basic marketing materials or coordinate with
designers to ensure timely output.
2.3. Branding & Event Execution
• Plan and coordinate marketing events: workshops, education fairs, open days, parent
seminars, mini-games, etc.
• Ensure on-brand execution across all marketing touchpoints (POSM, signage, in-center
branding).
• Collaborate with the enrollment team to support seasonal campaigns and product
launches.
2.4. Market Research & Reporting
• Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify trends in the education
industry.
• Collect insights from parents and students to improve communication strategies.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports on campaign performance, student leads, and
marketing KPIs.
3.1. Education
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related

ields.
3.2. Experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in education, training centers,
or agency companies.
• Experience managing campaigns from planning to execution.
3.3. Skills
- Basic communication in English
• Strong content creation, storytelling, and copywriting skills.
• Solid understanding of digital advertising tools: Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok
Ads.
• Basic graphic design ability using Canva/Photoshop.
• Excellent organizational, project management, and multitasking skills.
• Strong analytical skills, data-driven mindset, and ability to optimize campaigns.
• Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently under deadlines.
