• Plan and implement marketing campaigns for unique tour products such as the Arctic, Antarctic, Lapland, Iceland, Greenland, etc.
• Analyze the market and customer behavior in the high-end B2C segment to identify target markets and suitable messaging.
• Coordinate both online (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, Instagram, SEO, Email Marketing...) and offline marketing channels (events, seminars, brochures...) when needed.
• Report campaign performance to management and propose improvements.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in outbound tourism or luxury tours.
• Proficient in using English/Chinese at work.
• Understand B2C customer behavior in the mid- to high-end segment, with the ability to craft effective marketing messages.
• Proficient in CapCut or Premiere; knowledge of
Digital Marketing tools (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, SEO...) is a plus
• Have skills in content writing, basic photo editing, and video creation to support campaigns. Strategic thinking, creativity, and trend sensitivity are a plus.
• Able to work independently and manage teams effectively.
• Priority given to candidates with experience in markets such as Northern Europe, the Arctic, and the Antarctic.
• Own a personal laptop and be able to work remotely when needed.
