Distributor partnership: Act as the main marketing contact for DKSH's North and Central teams (sales,
trade marketing, supply); align on monthly and quarterly plans, targets and promotion calendars.
Regional marketing plans: Adapt national brand strategy into North and Central plans by province and channel; propose and track the regional marketing budget.
Trade marketing execution: Roll out promotions, displays, POSM, sampling and outlet activation; train DKSH sales teams on products and selling points; visit the field regularly to check execution quality.
Market tracking & reporting: Monitor sell-in, sell-out, stock, outlet coverage, price compliance and competitor activity in the two regions; deliver weekly and monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
Materials & local communication: Prepare product knowledge decks, catalogues and sell-in materials for DKSH and customers; support local events and activations together with Brand Communication.
Budget & promotion claims: Control marketing and trade spend for the two regions; verify and reconcile promotion claims with DKSH on time and in line with approved programs.
Cross-functional coordination: Work with Brand, NPD, Sales, Supply Chain and Finance to keep product launches, stock availability and promotions aligned; escalate issues early.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in marketing, trade marketing or distributor/key account support; FMCG experience preferred.
Experience working with distributors (DKSH or similar) is a strong advantage.
Good understanding of North and Central Vietnam markets and general trade, mom & baby or pharmacy channels.
Experience executing trade promotions, POSM and in-store activation, and checking execution in the field.
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; able to analyze sales and sell-out data and prepare clear reports.
Good command of English; fluent in Vietnamese.
Willing to travel regularly within the North and Central regions.
