Design and execute all-inclusive marketing strategies in accordance with the organization's business plan, with a prime focus on
digital marketing, particularly search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM), to increase brand awareness and sales performance;
Manage marketing projects, from the planning stage to implementation and performance evaluation;
Monitor, analyze, and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies and campaigns by utilizing key performance indicators and market feedback;
Propose and implement measures for improvement based on the analysis of collected data and information;
Manage and develop the marketing team, including Digital Marketing, Communication, and Design to achieve the set goals;
Coordinate and work closely with the
Sales Manager, BOD to make recommendations and plans to enhance business activities;
Hold a University in business administration, marketing or a relevant field; MSc/MA will be a plus;
Having at least 3 years of experience in
Digital Marketing Manager and SEO global;
Visionary with a data-driven mindset. Not only highly analytical and strategic but also creative and hands-on in nature;
Proven experience and success across all disciplines of marketing (SEO, SEM, strategy, content marketing);
Experience in technology,e-commerce industry in international markets is a plus;
Having English skills is a plus;
Strong project management, people management, and leadership skills;
