Responsibilities:
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our factory, attract new clients, and drive sales. This role involves overseeing the creation of marketing plans, PR campaigns, and social media strategies that highlight the factory's capabilities, including attending fair and joining exhibitions like Viva, Spoga. The successful candidate will work closely with our European General Director and other teams to expand our customer base and elevate our brand presence in the market.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to promote the factory and its advanced wooden furniture production capabilities.
- Design and manage public relations (PR) strategies to enhance the company's image and attract potential clients.
- Create and execute social media campaigns that increase visibility and engagement with the target audience.
- Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads, convert prospects into clients, and meet sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitors within the furniture industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry players, including suppliers, clients, and media contacts.
- Oversee the production of marketing content, including digital media, brochures, presentations, and case studies.
- Organize and participate in industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to promote the factory's products and services.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Provide regular reports to the General Director on marketing initiatives, campaign results, and sales progress.
- Ensure alignment of marketing activities with overall business goals and objectives.
Requirements
- AT LEAST 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE AS MARKETING MANAGER; COMMERCIAL MANAGER OR SALES MANAGER WITH A FOCUSS ON STRATEGY DEVELOPMENT & EXECUTION
- FLUENT ENGLISH IS THE MUST with strong written and verbal communication skills
- University graduates majoring in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience in the furniture industry is preferred.
- Proficiency in
digital marketing techniques, including social media, SEO, content creation, and email marketing.
- Experience in public relations and media management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to track and measure marketing performance.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and communicate effectively at all levels.
- Creative and innovative mindset with a results-oriented approach.
