Mô tả công việc

Working as the point of contact to promote sales and marketing of products, maximize the company's position and market share in Vietnam , develop sales & marketing strategies vision into clear actionable plan.
Develop product channels to deliver high-quality customer service, business results, and ensure the necessary planning to meet targeted revenue;
Deliver sustainable business growth across the range of products with equal focus on all pillars;
Implement the plans and constantly monitoring results while taking corrective actions as required;
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, government authorities with NGOs /R&D / Organizations and other related parties to serve for expected projects;
Manage business promotion and digitalmarketing activities following pre-defined strategy;
Develop and implement marketing and communication programs to attract clients and/or generate leads by using digital tools & platform (SEO, Online Advertising, Email marketing, Mobile marketing, Social media, CRM, Affiliate marketing, respond to client's RFP/RFQ and other social media);
Deploy and optimize advertising campaigns for products & services on online channels: Google Adwords, Facebook, Youtube, LikedIn, etc. (demonstration of at least 12 months experience records); to push top ranking keywords;
Coordinate closely with cross functional department heads to produce new promotion materials or modify existing content includingsales kit, flyer, catalogue, brochure and presentation to support business, monitor effectively and frequently update SEO in Website following standard operational procedure;

Yêu cầu công việc

Minimum 6 years' experience in building and construction sector with proven track record;
Degree in marketing study, marcom and digital marketing major (having knowledge of business administration is a plus)
Proficiency in using computer softwares, MS Suite, Power point, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop
Well versed in Ahrefs, GSC, GA, SEMrush...Data analytics by using BI, excel tool, Tableau Public, Python, etc.
Proficiency in English at balanced skills,
Excellent interpersonal skills, Time and Project management skills
Ability to learn new technical terms

Salary from 25,000,000 VND to 35,000,000 VND (Gross), KPI bonus (Negotiable)
