Custom Asia Travel, a leading travel agency specializing in personalized travel experiences, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Travel Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to promote our travel packages and enhance brand visibility.

Yêu cầu
• Degree:
- Bachelors & at least 2 or 3-year experience in tourism field with the same position
- Good command of English, especially writing skills
• KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Create and execute innovative marketing campaigns to promote Custom Asia Travel's unique travel offerings, with a focus on ads campaigns across various platforms.
- Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, and website content, to maximize online presence and engagement.
- Ads Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant channels to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
- YouTube Channel Management: Develop and manage Custom Asia Travel's YouTube channel, creating engaging content, collaborating with influencers, and leveraging video marketing to enhance brand visibility.
- Email Campaigns: Strategize and execute effective email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, promote travel packages, and enhance customer engagement.
- Collaborate with Partners: Build and maintain strong relationships with travel industry partners, influencers, and affiliates to expand our reach and create mutually beneficial collaborations.
- Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
- Brand Management: Ensure consistency in branding across all marketing channels and materials, maintaining a strong and cohesive brand identity.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring maximum return on investment.
- Team Management: Lead and inspire a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure cohesive and effective collaboration.
- Task Supervision: Oversee the day-to-day tasks of the marketing team, ensuring deadlines are met, and projects are executed with precision and creativity.
- Work Plan Development: Develop and implement strategic work plans, setting clear objectives, timelines, and measurable goals for the marketing team.
