Mô tả công việc
Responsible for building plans & managing execution of the Company Marketing strategies to increase sales revenue & customer satisfaction, to increase business performance of the Company, details: focus on growth marketing, funnel strategist, growth hack new channel, follow strategic: 40% commercial - 60% customer acquisition.
1. PLANNING & BUDGET:
Propose and advise marketing strategies for the Company and plan marketing activities and budgets in each period to suit business strategies, based on analysis data of market intelligence, customers.
Develop, deploy & control the Department's budget according to the approved budget to optimize operating costs.
2. BUILD TEAM
3. PERFORMANCE MARKETING (DIGITAL + TRADE MARKETING)
Develop plans and implement Digital Marketing to achieve targets. Focus on key channels, build a solid marketing system: Website, Fanpage, Tiktok, shopee
Plan & deploy publications to serve communication work, Online advertising to ensure budget optimization: Videos, Articles, Products... on Online channels (Website, Yotube, Tiktok , Facebook...)
Market research & market visit to review and evaluate trade campaigns, competitor's actions and industry data reports (both internal & external) to propose action plans (Sales / Marketing / Trade) for each channel / region.
Plan and be responsible for advertising programs, implementing marketing publications at points of sales: exterior decoration, banners, standees, promotional gifts...
Putting in place, monitoring and improving processes to link all Marketing activities with the activities of the Sales team.
4. BRANDING
Develop B brand development strategy
Periodically carry out market research programs, customer surveys, competitor assessments, determine customer requirements to adjust plans and satisfy customers;
Organize communication activities (Advertising & PR) of the brand. Integrate other relevant departments of the department to display performance in a timely manner. Control and evaluate the activities of developed campaigns and manage the budgets of Programs.
Evaluate and measure marketing, communication, and brand health effectiveness;
5. CRM
Develop and implement policies and programs to care customers, loyal customers, promote customer conversion at the facility, increase the rate of returning customers, minimize the rate of customer churn
Handle communication crises, receive customer feedback.
Obsess over user experience, customer experience and conversion to deliver an exceptional purchase journey
Establish and ensure a strong platform for CRM Program.

Yêu cầu công việc
A Bachelor in Economics / Commerce or Business Management, Marketing
Extensive experience in retail with at least 3-4 years as Marketing Manager, strong in performance MKT
Own customer centric mindset
Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
Energy and ability to take challenging issues and resolve them.
Proficient in English
Strong leadership qualities to manage people effectively.
Extensive experience in retail with at least 3-4 years as Marketing Manager, strong in performance MKT
Own customer centric mindset
Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
Energy and ability to take challenging issues and resolve them.
Proficient in English
Strong leadership qualities to manage people effectively.
