Position: Marketing Manager (MM)
Your Role: As our Marketing Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our marketing efforts, leading from the trenches. This isn't a 9-5 desk job - we need someone who's ready to roll up their sleeves and dive into every aspect of our marketing and advertising initiatives. You'll report directly to the CEO, playing a key role in driving revenue and ensuring our message reaches the right audiences. In future you'll report to our CMO with the opportunity to grow into a regional leader for the right individual

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and execute all marketing and advertising strategies.
• Build and grow our in-house marketing team.
• Develop relationships with external agencies and professionals.
• Conduct market research and analyse competitor positioning.
• Manage budgets and oversee media relations, especially PR.
• Ensure brand-consistent communication across all channels.
