Develop and manage marketing teams to implement multi-channel communication strategies.
· Propose and implement strategies to optimize the website and user experience, enhancing engagement and conversion rates.
· Conduct market and competitor research to formulate sales strategies and support sales initiatives to increase sales volumes and market penetration.
· Analyze market elements and competitors to propose suitable market strategies and solutions for each product line, market, and timing.
· Manage PPC campaigns, seasonal promotions, loyalty programs, and other marketing initiatives to maximize profits.
· Assign tasks to marketing team members, ensuring timely completion of campaigns.
· Report on campaign effectiveness, including running A/B tests, and continuously refine strategies based on analytics.
· Maintain brand consistency across all channels to keep the brand prominent in consumers' minds.
· Build and manage relationships with partners and handle marketing budgets.

· 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce marketing, with international market experience being highly advantageous.
· Proficient in multi-channel marketing (Google Shopping, Google Search, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube) and hands-on experience with digital marketing platforms.
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to make strategic, data-driven decisions.
· Proficient in media tools (CapCut, Canva, basic Photoshop).
· Effective teamwork organization, planning, analytical, and reporting skills.
· Fluent in English and with a bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field.
