Mô tả công việc
Key Responsibility 1: Ensure the number of students and open classes to achieve enrolment target
Create effective enrollment campaigns through online channels and offline events
Coordinate with marketing agency to implement advertising campaigns
Optimize conversion rates to get higher quality leads, increase revenue and reduce acquisition costs
Leverage all appropriate content, media and PR opportunities
Lead on establishing strong relationships with industry partners
Work closely with the Admissions Manager, BU Manager
Provide marketing reports, analysis and interpret the market data
Key Responsibility 2: Lead all marketing activities according to the inbound marketing strategy to build meaningful, lasting relationships with consumers
Plan, develop and implement Inbound marketing strategies
Create valuable content to attracts prospects, and customers on channels such as website, fanpage, tiktok
Improve the user experience, traffic, and conversions on the website
Set up automated the email drip campaigns
Key Responsibility 3: Automate marketing processes to improve team's efficiency
Build processes, policies, procedures on working tools
Others:
Recruit, orient, train, manage new supervisors
Build the brand positioning and raise the brand awareness, ensure brand consistency through all marketing channels

Minimum 5 years' work experience in brand management or marketing management
In-depth knowledge of CRM software and Content Management Systems
Expert in Content strategy, familiar with SEO and Google Analytics
Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers
Creative thinker and problem solver
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Preferred skills and qualifications
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business, or related field
Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
Possess a strategic mind
Knowledge and understanding of the education market and the challenges within this industry
In-depth knowledge of CRM software and Content Management Systems
Expert in Content strategy, familiar with SEO and Google Analytics

Fixed 13th-month salary + bonus depending on the company's business performance;
Salary increase review: According to company policy;
Salary advance policy: Up to 50% for full-time employees;
