Key Duties and Responsibilities - Marketing Manager
1. Strategic Marketing & Brand Positioning
Develop, implement, and oversee the hotel's annual marketing plan in alignment with Fusion Collection brand standards and business goals.
Strengthen the hotel's brand image and ensure all marketing materials, tone, and visuals reflect the property's unique positioning.
Conduct regular market research to identify trends, guest preferences, and opportunities for brand differentiation within the local and regional market.

Digital Marketing & Online Visibility
Manage the hotel's online presence, including the official website, social media channels, and online travel agency (OTA) content.
Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive room bookings, F&B sales, spa treatments, and special events.
Monitor SEO/SEM, online reputation, and review platforms (TripAdvisor, Google, OTA reviews) to maintain high engagement and ratings.
Produce creative digital content (photos, videos, and stories) that highlight the hotel's unique experiences and guest offerings.
3. Public Relations & Media Engagement
Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international media, travel writers, and influencers.
Prepare press releases, media kits, and storytelling content to promote hotel activities, milestones, and partnerships.
Organize familiarization (FAM) trips, media events, and community engagement programs to increase brand exposure.
4. Promotions & Campaign Management
Plan and implement seasonal promotions, stay packages, and themed events in collaboration with the Sales, F&B, and Spa teams.
Ensure all promotional campaigns are aligned with the brand's marketing calendar and target markets.
Evaluate campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize reach, conversion, and ROI.
5. Partnership Development
Collaborate with local tourism boards, airlines, travel agencies, and corporate partners to enhance destination visibility.
Develop co-branded marketing initiatives that promote both the hotel and the Hue destination as part of the Fusion Collection experience.
Support regional marketing activities coordinated by the corporate Fusion head office.
6. Event Marketing & Guest Experience
Support the planning and marketing of on-property events, festivals, and special experiences that attract both in-house guests and locals.
Ensure event promotions and branding reflect the hotel's positioning as part of Fusion Collection's wellness and lifestyle concept.
Work closely with operations teams to create memorable and consistent guest experiences.
7. Reporting & Budget Control
Prepare monthly marketing performance reports, including campaign analysis, market insights, and recommendations.
Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring cost efficiency and maximum impact of marketing spend.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as occupancy, ADR growth, digital reach, and conversion rates.
8. Team Leadership & Development
Lead, train, and motivate the Marketing team to deliver creative and effective marketing output.
Foster collaboration with other departments to ensure cohesive communication and guest engagement strategies.
Encourage innovation and continuous learning in line with Fusion's brand philosophy of wellness and hospitality with heart.
