Key Responsibilities
1. Team Leadership
• Lead and manage the marketing and e-commerce team in Vietnam.
• Set clear objectives, track performance, and mentor team members for growth and efficiency.
2. Brand Development
• Develop and execute Vitatree's branding strategy in the Vietnamese market.
• Build awareness and credibility for Vitatree as a premium, pharmacy-focused supplement brand.
• Develop hero products and campaigns that differentiate Vitatree in a competitive market.
3. Marketing Strategy
• Plan and implement integrated marketing campaigns (offline and online) to increase brand visibility and sales.
• Oversee content, social media, e-commerce presence, and
digital marketing performance.
• Coordinate with local and international teams for consistent brand messaging.
4. Channel & Co-Marketing Management
• Collaborate with major pharmacy chains for co-marketing initiatives.
• Support sales team with promotions, product launches, and educational programs for pharmacy staff.
5. Market Research & Analysis
• Conduct continuous research on the Vietnamese health supplement market, competitors, and consumer behavior.
• Analyze marketing data and KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness and identify opportunities.
• Provide actionable insights for product positioning, pricing, and channel strategies.
6. Cross-Functional Support
• Work closely with sales, supply chain, and product teams to align marketing activities with business objectives.
• Support the launch of new products, including promotional strategies and educational materials.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
• 5+ years of marketing experience in FMCG, healthcare, or pharmaceutical industries in Vietnam. At least 2 years of experience in a similar position. Similar working with OTC and chain sale channels.
• Strong leadership experience managing teams and cross-functional projects.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; English proficiency preferred to collaborate with the Australian team.
• Demonstrated experience in branding, co-marketing, and driving e-commerce sales.
• Strong analytical skills; proficient in interpreting marketing data and KPIs.
• Deep understanding of Vietnam pharmacy, retail, and health supplement market.
• Self-motivated, strategic thinker, and committed to long-term brand growth.
• Knowledgeable about the regulations and laws related to dietary supplement marketing in Vietnam.
