At Cho Tot, we aspire to make secondhand the first choice by delivering a reliable and effective Re-commerce platform for millions of Vietnamese to buy and sell used items. We are looking for a committed and strong Senior Marketing Specialist for Chotot Goods vertical (covering Electronics, Home Appliances, Pets, Fashion & Accessories, etc. categories). The ideal candidate will take responsibility for developing the marketing roadmap as well as driving collaborative execution to drive business success.

.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Work with the Goods business team to understand the business key focuses, develop annual, quarterly and monthly marketing plans which are practical and actionable.
Work closely with the Goods team and maximize synergy of all functional sub-teams to ensure effective collaboration.
Take ownership of Marketing performance for Goods business. Be accountable for all the marketing results for Goods. Define input, output metrics of marketing performance and constantly optimize to achieve best performance possible.
Implement brand and growth initiatives to drive supply and demand for Goods. Pair with the Goods team to drive supply and demand via growth and brand initiatives to increase listings and traffic to the platform. Collaborate closely with Digital, Creative and SEO teams.
Raise brand awareness of Cho Tot as the largest recommerce platform in Vietnam: Navigate opportunities to promote Cho Tot Goods vision to develop a trusted and effective marketplace to buy and sell used goods.
Unlock new segments to drive users growth: Pair with the Goods team to acquire new strategic segments of users.
Consult and give actionable inputs for Go To Market plans of key features for Goods developed by verticals. Pair with verticals for execution when needed.
Take ownership of certain Chotot overall Go To Market/Growth projects delegated by supervisors that create significant impact on Goods and Cho Tot as a whole.

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum 2 years of experience working in Marketing. Candidates possessing experience in growth/product marketing have an advantage.
A growth mindset
Critical thinking skill and user-focused mindset.
A strong sense of responsibility and ownership in work.
Ability to adapt and learn fast in fast-paced work environment
Time and project management skills, including the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time.
Great written and verbal communication skills
Teamwork skill set
