We are looking for a committed and strong Marketing Specialist for service verticals (covering proptech Nha Tot and blue-collar job board Viec Lam Tot) to join us on an ambitious journey ahead. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing the marketing action plans and excellently driving collaborative execution to drive business success.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Take ownership of the full funnel process of B2C and B2B Branding performance by raising the brand awareness of Nha Tot and Viec Lam Tot among consumers (both buyer side & seller/partner side):

Planning: Be accountable for developing marketing plans, including understanding business objectives, translating the ultimate goals to marketing actions, defining success metrics, planning strategic approaches, preparing communications direction, pitching creative concepts, and facilitating the way of work.
Implementation: Develop and execute comprehensive launch plans on digital/ social media platforms (Facebook, Tiktok, Youtube, ...), external communication (OOH, PR, influencers, KOL/KOC, offline events, ...), and internal channels (push notes, SMS, ZNS, in-app/on-site display, ...).
Collaboration: Collaborate with Creative, Design, Digital & SEO teams to build innovative concepts, and constantly optimize communication plan & media channels to achieve the best performance. Work closely with Vertical teams to sync up to-do, deliverables, and outcomes.
Evaluation: Prepare detailed marketing reports, campaign deep-dive analysis to evaluate the performance, and key takeaways for learnings, and host & facilitate retro sessions with functional MKT sub-teams & Vertical teams to define keep-development-drop after projects.

Implement Growth Marketing initiatives to drive app user engagement for Nha Tot and Viec Lam Tot and keep the brands relevant to existing users:

Be accountable for developing in-app content direction, and operating messages on engagement platforms to convey impressed and engaging communication for buyer sides (buyers/tenants of Nha Tot and job-seekers of Viec Lam Tot).
Collaborate with Digital & Vertical teams for Automation projects to define scalable use cases, develop messages, operate A/B tests, and constantly optimize performance for user base improvement.
Consult and give actionable inputs for go-to-market (GTM) plans of key features developed by verticals. Pair with verticals for execution when needed to enhance product awareness, drive traffic to them and increase adoption and traffic to the platform.

Take charge of certain Cho Tot overall branding projects delegated by supervisors that significantly impact the parent brand Cho Tot as a whole.

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 3 years of experience working in Marketing. Candidates possessing experience in B2B Branding and Growth Marketing have an advantage.
A growth mindset, and agile spirit to achieve quick wins. Ability to adapt and learn fast in a fast-paced work environment and team structure under time pressure
Time and project management skills, including the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time.
A strong sense of responsibility and ownership in work. Be responsive and visible.
Critical, reasoning, logical thinking, and user-focused mindset are a must.
Excellent teamwork skill set and an ability to get alignment with stakeholders.
Great written & verbal communication skills.
Strong command of English and Vietnamese languages.
