Marketing Specialist

• Handle market research & reports for events & projects
• Prepare write up for events and coordinate with internal departments on production of event collaterals
• Responsible for planning, organizing and marketing of any organized events / projects appropriately
• Assist the hospitality and transportation needs of clients for any events/ projects
• Develop an effective network with external parties to collect market intelligence
• Manage database to provide effective and efficient channels to promote events
• Liaise with internal departments / event organizers / worldwide offices on event/ project information
dissemination and distribution of promotional materials
• Undertake any other (ad hoc) duties / special assignments as directed by the supervisor
• On site works for events/projects which may include holidays/ weekends
• Occasional travel is necessary
