- Develop an action plan in the field of marketing communications including budget plan
- Responsible for building coverage strategy, increasing product presence at point of sale to attract consumers to buy.
- Execute short-term programs with Distributors to achieve set business goals.
- Develop display tools, and promotional items to highlight the selling point of the product at the point of sale (USP) of traditional as well as modern channels.
- Gathering information, analyzing the market situation, competitors to make evaluation comments for the next programs.
- Set up KPI and evaluate the performance of direct subordinates in the section
- Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company, conduct market research, and campaign and submit reports weekly, monthly.
- Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution
- Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely
- Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
- Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly to increase sales
- Manage a good level of inventory through product forecast, pricing, and stock monitoring.
- Cooperate with local & global planning team to make sure marketing activities which impact to sales performance are well updated to planning team in due time.
- Promotion plan (scheme, proposal, PPF update, stock preparation...)
- Working with buyers of the Headquarter of Modern Trade customers to offer & enter new products.
- Responsible for overall corporate marketing activities such as market research, networking to attract customers and promotion for all projects in Vietnam.
Yêu cầu
- Graduated from University in Marketing, Business Management, Foreign Trade.
- Basic marketing knowledge (3C analysis, 4P strategy, etc).
- Understand P/L (Profit and Loss) structure and be able to find issues.
- Good communication both internally (with other departments in terms of information delivery, cooperation, supporting) and externally.
- Ability to capture the trend of development of the market and consumers.
- Good command of English.
- At least 3 years of marketing experience.
- Able to work under high pressure and on time.
- Creative, enthusiastic, proactive, eager to learn - progressive at work
- Working place: Ho Chi Minh City.
