About the role

We're looking for an experienced individual to join our growing marketing operations team and help drive innovation and optimization. The ideal candidate should know B2C marketing and has experience in content marketing.

In this role, you will join in our new project (a mobile product for the B2C market), and will create and shape our go-to-market narrative as well as support the project managers in growing the number of users.

You will

Drive product marketing end-to-end, from building product strategy and go-to-market strategy, to supporting product launches and driving product adoption
Partner with the product teams to track the right metrics and execute campaigns that drive user awareness and product adoption on an ongoing basis
Manage a team of outsourced editors
Partner with digital marketing agencies (Facebook/Google Ads)
Create email and landing page templates
Create and edit content in both English and Vietnamese for support pages, landing pages, ebooks, and other documents

You may be fit for this role if you

Have 3+ years of relevant marketing experience or content creating at a tech, product-driven company
Are fluent in English (especially in writing). IELTS from 7.0 or equivalent is a plus
Have good writing skills. Your writing style should be concise, clear, and to the point
Have good teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills
Have critical and systematic thinking
Have an interest in and a good understanding of technology (plus, not a must)
Are straightforward, honest, progressive, and ready to overcome challenges
