A. JOB PURPOSE:
Master Data specialist for business's core applications, gathering Information, functional demands and needs within business units or departments; provide analytical and technical support to a business through the development of innovative programs and solutions.
B. ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. MASTER DATA GOVERNANCE :
Processes and Policies needed to implement Master Data Governance
Responsible for Data Requirement Specification set-up, review and sign-off: scope include objects & systems, data object ownership matrix
* Result:
Master data document management: clean, up to date, consistency and integrity
2. MASTER DATA ANALYSIS:
Support for functional design and validation of the mapping, include transformation, harmonization rules with business.
Data analysis in Excel using Pivot and other analytical tools/functions
* Result:
Gap analysis for master data: system design vs business requirement
Data quality analysis report/ dashboard
Report for Data Insight
3. MASTER DATA OPERATION:
Support Master Data maintenance activity in ERP and other systems
Supports Data Migration activity in upload file preparation and carries-out data quality check before load
* Result:
Master data is maintained in system follow well control procedure.
High quality Master data for business operation.
4. PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION:
Participate in the development, implementation of Enterprise application for Asia BUs, including Feed and Value Chain
* Result:
Responsible for MDM part in Enterprise application implementation projects
