Match-3 Game Level Designer Interns or Full-time

Job Description:

We are seeking creative and detail-oriented Match-3 game level designers to join our team. You will work on crafting engaging and challenging levels for Pokopang, a popular match-3 puzzle game. The client will provide the level creation tool, and you'll collaborate closely with other designers to enhance the gaming experience.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement levels using the provided level creation tool.
• Develop creative and challenging level layouts that align with the game's overall design.
• Playtest and refine levels based on user feedback and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency in difficulty progression and gameplay quality.

Requirements:

• Experience: Prior experience in match-3 game development is highly valued.
• Gameplay Experience: Must have played match-3 games (like Pokopang) for more than 500 rounds.
• Skills: Strong creative and analytical skills to design engaging puzzles.
• Software: Familiarity with level design tools is a plus (training on the client-provided tool will be offered).

Preferred:

• Candidates with a proven passion for match-3 games and a portfolio of game-related projects or levels.
• Ability to analyze and adapt designs based on user feedback.
