Material Coordinator (Interior/architectural Design)

Job Requirements
• Years of experience: at least 4 years.
• Minimum education level: university degree in relevant fields
• Have knowledge about construction materials (interior and architecture)
• Have experience in project management, project admin and coordination work,
• Be fluent in both written and spoken English.

• Have good common sense and with good initiative.
• Good analytical and problem solving ability.
• Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to accuracy.
• Be smart, with good communication and competence organizational skills.
• Possess good organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be a good team player, "can do attitude".
• Self-motivated, flexibility, diligence, reliability and responsibility are a must.
• React well under pressure.
• General knowledge of modern office practices, PC operations and software.
