What You'll Do
Creator Development: Platform Management.
YouTube CMS (Content Management System)
Manage the CMS make sure it clean from bad events (clams, TOU - Copyright strike)
Working with Regional/ YouTube team to solve the creator issue: Strikes, hijacked, bad claim asap
Optimize Creator YouTube channel
Manage group chat with creator to handle their inquiry
Performance Monthly report to top creators
Channel Management (Sale)
TikTok/YouTube Management (client)
Join meeting with client to take brief
Work on proposal (planning - creative idea- media plan). Present to client
Make quotation - Break down cost external and revenue/profit internal
Supervise production team during the shooting and editing to ensure the outcome meet with
Optimize channel to meet the committed KPI
Send out the report monthly (account handle - optional)
In-house Instagram / TikTok/ FB/ YouTube
Supervise the Content schedule channel in house
Virtual Influencer - Tammy
Booking - sale
Internal report*
Update weekly - monthly team performance report (total view - revenue)
YouTube meeting monthly
Who You Are
Bachelor's Degree
Good command of English
At least 5 years of experience at talent management at MCN companies
At least 2-3 years of experience at Manager/Senior Manager position
Having experience in leading team, and good leadership skill
Ability to identify and facilitate the growth of potential YouTubers / creators
Youtube CMS management experience and optimization skills
Digital platforms and MCN industry knowledge, Ads campaign running experience
Having relationships with Creators is a plus
Experience in communicating with YouTubers/creators directly to invite YouTubers/creators to join the network and maintain good relationships
