Mechanical Engineer (Electronics)

Job Overview:
Perform/lead resolution of DFA (Design for Assembly) issues, overseeing NPI builds, help define WI (working instructions) and train operators (workers), drives root cause analysis of problems found during assembly and test.
Responsibility
• Directly handle the mechanical product, the project's process from new model design to mass production and evaluate the product's mechanical design.
• Prepare development Jig, machine, documents for each project.
• Define the process for new product.
• Collaborate with design mechanical engineer and other departments, suppliers in design, testing, and solving technical issues.
• Review part design with Suppliers and ensure part design meets manufacturing requirements
• Mechanical approval for localization mechanical materials
• Collaborating with Project Managers for proper allocation and tracking of resources
• Evaluate and improve processes in manufacturing systems
• Handle other job duties as assigned from manager
