The Mechanical Maintenance Engineer ensures optimal performance of mechanical equipment, maintaining continuous gas supply to customers. You are expected to leverage organizational capabilities to meet business needs while adhering to strict safety standards to achieve the company's safety objectives and targets.
- Plan and Execute Maintenance Programs: Develop, implement, and monitor scheduled maintenance programs for both static and rotating equipment within the facility.
- Preventive and Corrective Maintenance Oversight: Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance schedules across all maintenance sections to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Equipment Ownership: Take full ownership of all mechanical equipment (both static and rotating) in the production plant and onsite locations.
- Spare Parts Management: Ensure the availability of necessary spare parts for both routine and non-routine maintenance activities.
- Quality and Safety Support: Provide support for mechanical aspects during quality and safety audits.
- Maintenance Record Keeping: Ensure all maintenance activities and records are documented and maintained in the CMMS (MAXIMO) and Google Sheets.
- SOP Review and Update: Regularly review and update standard operating procedures (SOP) for mechanical maintenance.
- Project Execution: Execute equipment upgrade projects, group technical and emergency requirements, and other new installations within the facilities.
- Maintenance Tools Management: Maintain and update all maintenance support tools, including procedures, documents, drawings, tools, and safety equipment.
- Vendor and Team Coordination: Coordinate work with vendors, suppliers, and the cluster maintenance team, troubleshoot issues with rotating and static equipment, provide onsite support, and supervise contractors.
