• Lead the sales team to drive Sales Target, business strategy and execution plan
• Develop and execute Media plans/new business opportunities to achieve sales targets
• Build and maintain long-lasting, strong relationships with media client while partnering with them to better understand their business objectives and needs.
• Conduct market dynamics (Market, category, trends, competitive position, regulatory landscape, technology, local differences etc.) to identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share
• Establish & monitor team member's performance & development goals, assign accountability, set objectives, establish priorities, conduct annual performance appraisals
• Works closely with internal departments to identify business opportunities and align execution plans.
• Bachelor's degree in business, communications or similar field - required.
• At least 07 years working experiences at the same position in Media Sales/Media Sales Service/Marketing Agency/B2B Sales/
Business Development/Banking or Insurance
• Experiences in Marketing/Advertising/Media Agencies/Client Partnership are advantages.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills as demonstrated by proposals, email correspondence and departmental communications - required.
• Good at presenting and convincing skill, Sales oriented and reporting skill.
• Proactive and good leadership mind-set
• Good command of English.
