• Coordinates various media and marketing activities and events at the hotels or area of responsibility
• Oversee and coordinates hotel photo shooting and video shooting
• Work together with hotel's operations teams to guarantee the success of any marketing activity
• Understand the hotel's business and needs and convey this information to the Central Management team
• Participates in the preparation of strategic hotel marketing planning
• Supervise the hotels social media marketing strategy as well as create and collect content that can feed the account community management
• Make sure hotels collaterals and stationary complies with the brand standards
• Coordinate media and KOL FAM trips at the hotels
• Support in establishing clearly USP of the hotels
• Communicate and submit appropriate material to all marketing channels and organizations that assists in promoting the hotel to ensure they are well equipped to sell the property.
• Monitor and analyse competitor, market trends and sales data, and use this information when developing strategies
• Compile and prepare reports for management showing results (KPIs and ROI).
• Perform any duties assigned by the Management deemed necessary.
Yêu cầu
EDUCATION AND TRAINING:
University Degree, Upgrade or Master in Marketing will be an advantage.
LANGUAGES:
Excellent in both Vietnamese and English.
SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE:
Marketing planning and strategy planning.
Public Relations Management.
Social Media Management.
Event and photo shooting planning.
WORK EXPERIENCE IN OTHER COMPANIES (IN CASE OF EXTERNAL SELECTION): 3-4 years in a similar position in large hotels (both urban hotels & leisure resorts).
