COMPANY INTRODUCTION
The Business Executive Network ([protected info]) is seeking a young, enthusiastic, team player to work full-time from our small friendly office in Lakeview City, District 2 (Thu Duc City). This is an excellent opportunity for a detailed, and self-motivated individual who is interested in learning from an international working environment.
We are an independent and professional network of business leaders in both Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi. We organize specialized events including seminars, lunches, Peer Group meetings, Zoom conferences, evening meetups, and more to help our members connect and grow. We also publish a business publication called [C] Vietnam which targets business executives.

JOB DESCRIPTION
This vacancy is an excellent opportunity for a young professional who is interested in growing and working in an international working environment. This person needs to be self-motivated, detailed and have good organizational and English communication skills.
The role includes informing, registering, and following up with members for events and meetings to ensure timely communication and engagement. This person will be responsible for maintaining and updating members' data in the CRM system, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Additionally, the role involves coordinating organizing events/meetings, and taking care of event supplies.
REQUIREMENTS
Current students, recent graduates, or individuals with 1 or 2 years experience in administration, finance, or other relevant studies.
Individuals who wish to gain experience in an administration role, especially in events.
Individuals who are detailed, thorough, accurate, and well-organized workers.
Individuals who are eager to learn and have interpersonal skills and good English communication.
Self-motivated, detailed, and have good organizational and problem-solving skills.
Being familiar with CRM systems is a plus.
