Mission 1: Creating a product development plan in charge of all store:
Surveying the market, competitors and updating new trends. Developing plans,
purchasing new products and exploiting specific product groups. Analyzing the business situation of the category in charge at each store to build promotions and develop the category to ensure sales and profits.
Collaborating with the direct managers, colleagues, supervisors of the Fashion Department and directors at store on the plan to determine the tasks that need to be done
Mission 2: Implementing the set plans for effective product development and management:
Surveying, selecting and sourcing new products in line with market trends and consumer tastes. Negotiating prices with suppliers.
Working with QA team to support quality inspection of items to ensure business products comply with regulations on product quality and labels of the Ministry of Trade & Industry.
Preparing and ensuring purchase and sale contracts, commercial agreements, lease contracts, etc. with suppliers are implemented in accordance with the company and the state regulations with support from superiors (if necessary).
Providing information forms about new suppliers, new products to generate supplier codes, product codes on the system and notifying to relevant departments: MD planning, Marketing Department, stores and vendors.
Tracking and managing the performance of defined item categories in terms of price, promotion, product assortment and product quality. Planning and allocating each item to each store.
Ensuring that the pricing strategy is fully applied and understood by the Suppliers.
Maintaining effective internal communication channels, marketing, operations, sales and marketing to attract customers.
Monitoring the sales of the category on a daily, monthly, and quarterly basis to promptly offer solutions to promote sales to achieve the set goals.
Mission 3:Checking the implementation progress of the plans for the categoy:
Monitoring the progress of the plan implementation: launching new products, changing the display arrangement, etc.
Cross-checking between store staff and suppliers' PG to understand the business situation of the category at the stores.
Solving arising problems (if any) so that the plan is implemented on time.
Mission 4: Reporting the results of the implementation of the plan to superiors:
Reporting all related issues to the direct manager;
Making weekly and monthly reports on the tasks in charge for HOD and GD;
Reporting the annual plan.
Other:
Other tasks at the request of direct manager, general director.
Going on a business trip when there is a need to change the display at the warehouse or open a new store.
