Report to: Product Manager.
Location: 568 Luy Ban Bich, Hoa Thanh Ward, Tan Phu District.
Working time: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (Monday - Friday) and work every other Saturday.
Responsibilities:
- Receive product development requests from customers or the sales team.
- Coordinate with internal teams to prepare and launch tech packs for suppliers to develop fabrics, trims, and samples.
- Source, evaluate, and work with suitable suppliers and factories for each product category.
- Follow up sample development progress, including proto samples, fit samples, PP samples, shipment samples, and other development stages.
- Negotiate pricing, MOQ, lead time, and delivery terms to optimize cost and production timeline.
- Review contracts,
purchasing terms, technical requirements, and commercial terms related to FOB orders.
- Understand and implement company standards, compliance requirements, and quality regulations, and ensure suppliers comply with all requirements.
- Monitor raw material status, production schedules, and shipment timelines to ensure on-time delivery.
- Control booking schedules, shipping documents, and coordinate with QA/QC teams to ensure products meet quality standards before shipment.
- Manage the overall order timeline from product development to final delivery.
- Update order status to management and related departments on a regular basis.
- Proactively handle issues related to quality, production progress, raw materials, or delivery.
- Propose solutions to optimize materials, garment construction, costing, and ensure orders achieve OTIF (On Time In Full) targets.
