Job Description
The Brand Experience Supervisor responsible for shaping how parents and students experience the Apollo brand beyond learning and service interactions. The role leads the development of engagement initiatives, communication directions, and customer experience concepts.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Understanding & Insights:
Collect and analyse customer feedback, behavioural data, and engagement performance to identify opportunities for improving customer experience with the Apollo brand.
Experience & Engagement Design:
Design engagement programs and experiences that strengthen emotional connection with Apollo.
Develop concepts for student events, parent initiatives, community programs, and recognition activities.
Design participation mechanics, customer journeys, and engagement formats.
Define objectives, success criteria, and intended customer outcomes for each initiative.
Centre Experience & Brand Environment:
Shape how customers experience the Apollo brand within learning centres.
Develop concepts for seasonal campaigns, centre decoration, and visual experiences.
Design merchandise and experience assets that support customer engagement.
Ensure centre experiences consistently reflect Apollo's brand identity.
Communication Governance:
Monitor customer communications to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with Brand Experience objectives.
Cross-functional Project Coordination:
Translate concepts into clear briefs, requirements, and execution guidelines.
Coordinate with Marketing, Academic, Operations, and Customer Experience teams throughout project development.
Monitor implementation quality and recommend enhancements based on customer feedback and results.
Yêu cầu
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Customer Experience, or related fields.
Minimum 3 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: Brand Experience, Customer Experience, Communications, Event & Activation, Learning Experience
Experience in education, membership, or other relationship-based service industries is preferred.
Experience in developing concepts, customer journeys, campaigns, or engagement initiatives is highly desirable.
Strong planning and able to work effectively with multiple stakeholders across
