Job Description: Merchandising Manager (Garment/Fashion)
Position: Merchandising Manager
Industry: Garment, Fashion Wear (Dress, Blazer, Jeans, Denim)

Client Markets: EU & USA
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Merchandising:
Manage the entire merchandising process from fabric sourcing, order placement, production coordination, QA/QC, and logistics.
Oversee product development, ensuring designs meet client requirements and market trends.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, production teams, and clients.
Sourcing & Development:
Identify and source high-quality fabrics, trims, and materials for garments such as dresses, blazers, jeans, and denim.
Work closely with designers and suppliers to ensure timely sampling and production according to design specifications.
Order Management:
Manage the order cycle from product sampling to bulk production and shipment.
Collaborate with production teams to ensure adherence to deadlines and quality standards.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers.
Production Oversight:
Coordinate production schedules and ensure on-time delivery to clients.
Monitor factory performance, working closely with QA/QC teams to maintain quality standards and compliance with client requirements.
Quality Assurance & Control (QA/QC):
Implement quality control processes at various stages of production to ensure the final product meets international standards.
Address any quality issues and provide solutions to maintain product integrity.
Logistics & Supply Chain Management:
Oversee the shipment process, ensuring all documentation is in place for customs clearance and timely delivery to EU and USA clients.
Optimize logistics strategies to minimize delays and control shipping costs.
Client Relationship Management:
Maintain close communication with clients in the EU and USA, ensuring their requirements and expectations are met.
Provide regular updates to clients on order status and handle any concerns or adjustments.
Presentation & Reporting:
Represent the company in meetings with clients, suppliers, and internal teams, ensuring effective communication of ideas and updates.
Prepare detailed reports on production progress, shipment schedules, and any potential challenges.

Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience as a Merchandising Manager in the garment or fashion industry.
Strong understanding of fabric sourcing, garment production processes, and quality control.
Fluent in English with excellent presentation and communication skills, particularly in client-facing situations.
Basic knowledge of German is a plus.
Experience working with EU and USA markets preferred.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple orders and deadlines simultaneously.
Proficient in supply chain management and logistics coordination.
Preferred Qualifications:
Background in working with fashion wear, particularly denim, jeans, dresses, and blazers.
Familiarity with global supply chains and international trade regulations.
