1. Nắm rõ yêu cầu của Khách Hàng và đối ứng, phản hồi những yêu cầu của Khách
• Tiến độ phát triển Mẫu
• Tiến độ sản xuất đơn hàng
• CHất lượng đơn hàng
• Các vấn đề phát sinh, khiếu nại từ khách hàng
• Chuẩn bị và cập nhật tài liệu liên quan đến tiến độ sản xuất, báo cáo hàng ngày/tuần
• Lưu trữ và kiểm soát hồ sơ kỹ thuật, tài liệu, test report, spec sheet, tồn kho
2. Nắm rõ và triển khai chính xác những yêu cầu của Khách Hàng đến khối sản xuất của Nhà máy, phòng ban liên quan
• Yêu cầu về chất lượng, các yêu cầu testing đối với sản phẩm trước sản xuất
• Yêu cầu về qui trình
quản lý sản xuất, chất lượng
• Yêu cầu và qui cách của sản phẩm, nguyên phụ liệu, đơn hàng
3. Kết hợp, làm việc với nhà Cung Cấp, các phòng ban để xử lý các vấn đề liên quan đến Phát triền Mẫu, Sản xuất, Đơn hàng
• Kết hợp phòng Mẫu để nắm bắt qui cách sản phẩm
• Kết hợp với phòng Nguyên Phụ Liệu để giải quyết các vấn đề về NPL
• Hỗ trợ hướng dẫn nhà cung cấp xử lý các vấn đề liên quan trong sản xuất khi có yêu cầu
• Tìm kiếm, lựa chọn và phát triển mối quan hệ với các đối tác trong chuỗi cung ứng.

1. Understand customer requirements and respond promptly, including:
• Sample development progress
• Production progress of orders
• Order Squality
• Handling arising issues and customer complaints
• Preparing and updating documents related to production progress, daily/weekly reports
• Maintaining and controlling technical files, documents, test reports, spec sheets, and inventory records
2. Accurately convey and implement customer requirements to the factory production teams and relevant departments, including:
• Quality requirements and product testing requirements before production
• Requirements related to production and quality management processes
• Specifications of products, materials, and orders
3. Collaborate with suppliers and internal departments to handle issues related to Sample Development, Production, and Orders, including:
• Working with the Sample Department to fully understand product specifications
• Coordinating with the Materials Department to resolve issues related to trims & fabrics
• Supporting and guiding suppliers in handling production-related issues when needed
• Sourcing, selecting, and developing relationships with partners in the supply chain
