Mô tả Công việc
Lead and motivate the merchandising team, providing clear direction and guidance.
Develop and implement effective Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to optimize department efficiency.
Manage bulk order confirmations and ensure on-time delivery to meet customer KPIs.
Monitor factory capacity, fill rates, and order loading to optimize production.
Collaborate with the Planning Department to implement pull-forward plans for materials.
Analyze data, generate reports, and identify areas for improvement.
Effectively communicate with T2 teams (to be specified).
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly delivery confirmations to maintain on-time delivery.
Provide accurate and transparent information to customers.
Build strong relationships with material suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of high-quality fabrics and components.
Collaborate with suppliers regarding material purchases, delivery, pricing, and quality issues.
Manage purchasing orders to meet deadlines, inventory requirements, and customer orders.
Work collaboratively with various departments and stakeholders to brainstorm solutions and address bulk order issues.
Attend weekly and other management meetings as required.

Yêu cầu công việc

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Bachelor's degree (priority given to Garment Technology)
Strong understanding of garment manufacturing processes
In-depth knowledge of merchandising and technical aspects of apparel
Experience managing bulk orders
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
