Your role:
Paid Media (70%)
Plan monthly digital marketing activities and set up campaigns primarily on Meta, with additional support on Google, LinkedIn, and Programmatic platforms, to generate orders and acquire new customers.
Manage daily campaign operations and continuously optimize performance across channels to ensure predefined KPIs are achieved.
Ensure digital advertising best practices are consistently applied across all platforms.
Manage and monitor linked accounts, tracking systems, and platform integrations to ensure seamless and effective campaign execution.
Support the Manager in marketing planning and decision-making, contributing ideas and researching new approaches and methods.
Conduct customer segment and market research to develop effective marketing strategies and campaign plans.
Perform weekly and monthly performance analysis, reviewing metrics, data signals, and insights, and deliver reports that connect digital advertising performance with sales outcomes.
Data Analytic (30%):
Managing and implementing Data Visualizations on Looker Studio.
Analyzing performances, metrics, and resulting actionable insights to move forward.
You as a person:
Bachelor's degree in digital marketing, marketing or other relevant fields.
At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
A team player, and an independent worker.
Proactive, willing to learn with a growth mindset.
