Microbiology Lab Technician

Prepare, collect and test daily samples.
Input data and analyze report data.
Analysis of microbiological and physical/chemical criteria according to the specific assignment of the laboratory or authorized person.
Participate in the compilation and testing of new test methods; research topics, review and update testing methods.
Participating in quality assurance activities such as skill tests, reviewing and updating testing methods.
Propose to the Lab Assistant Manager, quality management, technical management of comments to improve the work or to limit errors during testing.
Storage, use of chemicals / environment for testing working.
Follow up, check and perform the work in the laboratory according to the job assignment.
Preparation of chemical/media solutions used in physical /chemical/microbiological testing.
Participate in the annual skills assessment, proficiency testing program
Maintain hygiene and maintenance of equipment, testing area.
