Mô tả công việc
Analyze, decompose, and estimate assigned tasks.
Report progress to Project Managers (PMs) or other managers.
Demonstrate a strong desire to learn, apply, and evaluate new technologies and trends. Share these learnings with project teams and/or the wider company.
Troubleshoot and solve complex, time-sensitive problems regardless of specific technologies or project domains.
Mentor and train interns/junior developers.

Must have:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering
Programming: Strong understanding and proficiency in C# and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts (3+ years)
Databases: Understanding and hands-on experience with relational databases like MS SQL Server, MySQL, and PostgreSQL (1+ year)
Frontend: Experience with popular frameworks like Angular, ReactJS, or VueJS (1+ year)
Backend: Strong understanding and experience with .NET, .NET Core, .NET 5+, ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core MVC, and Entity Framework (3+ years) with knowledge in designing RESTful, gRPC, or GraphQL APIs
Web Technologies: Familiarity with core web technologies like HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript for responsive design
DevOps: Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines (bonus)
Soft Skills: Eager to learn, ability to solve problems under pressure.
Fluent in English (both oral & written).
Optional Skills:
Caching (Redis, MemCache, Couchbase)
Cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, GCP)
.NET mobile development (Xamarin/MAUI)
SQL optimization
Build tools (Webpack, BabelJS)
Containerization (Docker, K8s)
