Mô tả công việc

Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for software products
Conduct various types of testing, including unit testing, integration testing, system testing, and acceptance testing
Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to identify and resolve software defects and issues
Perform testing of web-based and mobile applications
Perform regression testing to ensure the stability of software releases
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior testers in the team
Ensure product quality is completed according to design and project requirements
Participate in Agile or Scrum meetings and provide testing status updates to project stakeholders
Generate detailed test reports and documentation, and communicate test results to the project team
Researching testing tools to improve the efficiency of testing activities

Yêu cầu

Experience in testing Mobile/Web/API/DB at least 3 years
Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, including unit testing, integration testing, system testing, and acceptance testing.
Learn quickly and adapt to the environment well
Ability to analyze requirements then synthesize into separate documents, make Q&A for customers
Ability to read comprehension and create test documents in English such as: test design, test...
Logical thinking, high responsibility, careful, meticulous, enthusiastic in work
Ability to self-study and work in groups.
Nice to have:
Experience with performance testing or/and security testing
Experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Appium,...
Testing certificates such as ISTQB, CAST, CETPA,...
Good problem-solving skills
Familiarity using Scrum/Agile development methodologies
Fluent in English/French
A basic understanding of what AI is and a keen interest in AI.
