• 3+ years of experience in mobile app development.


• Proficiency in Flutter and Dart programming language.

• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.


• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


• Good communication skills in English/Japanese

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with Japanese clients or in a multicultural environment.


• Knowledge of other mobile development frameworks (e.g., React Native, Swift, Kotlin).


• Understanding of Agile methodologies.
