Create and edit short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
Produce lifestyle photography and video content for social media channels
Write engaging captions and social media copy
Follow monthly content calendars and campaign plans
Stay updated on social media trends and propose new content ideas
Maintain the resort's visual identity and brand standards

Digital Marketing Support: Assist in executing digital marketing activities that increase online visibility and support commercial objectives.
Update website banners, landing pages, and promotional content
Support SEO content creation and blog updates
Coordinate with digital agencies on paid campaigns and creative assets
Monitor social media performance and prepare monthly reports
Manage digital asset libraries (photos, videos, graphics)
Coordinate content requirements for OTA, brand website, and online travel partners
Support campaign execution across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other digital channels
3. 20% On-site Communication & Media Coordination: Support media activities and ensure smooth execution of on-property content production and brand collaborations.
Coordinate influencer, KOL, media, and photographer visits
Arrange shooting schedules with operational departments
Prepare shooting itineraries and briefing materials
Escort media and content creators during resort experiences
Coordinate with F&B, Spa, Recreation, Front Office, and Housekeeping for content production
Support PR events, hotel activations, and brand campaigns
Maintain photo/video shoot schedules and production timelines
Assist in organizing familiarization (FAM) trips and press visits
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia, or a related field.
• Working experience:
- 2-3 years of experience in digital content creation or social media marketing.
- Hospitality, travel, or luxury lifestyle experience is an advantage.
• Professional knowledge and skills: Strong portfolio showcasing photography, videography, and social media content.
• Attitude and behaviours:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good team player.
• Language proficiency: Excellent command of written and spoken English to meet business needs.
