Develop and execute the monthly social media content calendar.
Create engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
Produce and coordinate photography, videography, Reels, and short-form videos.
Write compelling captions and marketing copy aligned with the brand voice.
Monitor social media trends and recommend innovative content ideas.
Manage the resort's digital asset library.
Ensure consistency with WorldHotels brand guidelines across all digital touchpoints.
2. 40%
Digital Marketing & Performance
Execute digital marketing Ads campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other digital platforms.
Coordinate with digital agencies on SEO, SEM, display advertising, and performance marketing.
Maintain website performance, monitor website traffic, social media performance, and campaign ROI using GA4, Meta Business Suite, and other analytics tools.
Manage EDM campaigns and customer database communications.
Prepare weekly and monthly digital performance reports with actionable insights.
Monitor all OTA content optimization and ensure content consistency across all online distribution channels.
Assist in planning and executing digital campaigns that drive direct bookings and revenue.
3. 20% On-site Communication & Media Coordination: Support media activities and ensure smooth execution of on-property content production and brand collaborations.
Coordinate influencer, KOL, media, and photographer visits
Arrange shooting schedules with operational departments
Prepare shooting itineraries and briefing materials
Escort media and
content creators during resort experiences
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia, or a related field.
• Working experience:
- 2-3 years of experience in digital content creation or social media marketing.
- Hospitality, travel, or luxury lifestyle experience is an advantage.
• Professional knowledge and skills: Strong portfolio showcasing photography, videography, and social media content.
• Attitude and behaviours:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good team player.
• Language proficiency: Excellent command of written and spoken English to meet business needs.

Working 5 days per week.
