Mô tả công việc
Manage distributed Affiliate Mobile App campaigns. (Focus banking: MB
Techcombank, VpBank BIDV.... Ewallet: Zalo, VNPay, Momo...Ride hailing : Be
Grab Xanh SM...) with sales revenue of tens of billions of VND/month
Act as a point of contact for clients, Build long-term, strong client relationships and
maintain regular contact to understand customer insights and products.
Basic workflow: data analysis->define problem->build improvement
plan-> propose to the customer-> close the deal-> execute the plan-> review results.
Optimize & Improve operational efficiency and the performance of assigned
campaigns to meet monthly/quarterly/yearly target
Create a strategy to become the best Affiliate Marketing channel for customers in
Vietnam and control competitor performance.
Negotiating with clients to get better conditions for our campaigns, for our publishers,
and for our company.
Work, communicate, and regularly negotiate with internal teams for managing
advertising campaigns (including the publisher management team, Customer Service
team, technical team, and Marketing team)
You not only have the opportunity to work in the domestic market but also have the
opportunity to work with affiliates in the Southeast Asian market.

Yêu cầu công việc
At least 2 years of experience in managing digital marketing campaigns (hands-on
experience is a big plus) on the Agency/ Clients side. ( Mobile industry is an
advantage)
Good English is a unique advantage
Good communication, sales, and negotiation skills
Good analytical skills and logical thinking skills are a 'must'
Have good presentation skills
Good Marketing mindset; essential awareness about commercials.
Positive attitude, fast learner
High responsibility for work is a 'must'
High-pressure capability quickly grasps the problem and solves the problem
effectively.
Go on business trips 2-3 times/year
