The Job

Business system analysis & development

Overall responsible for Core banking (Finacle) and Cards Application Roadmap and Releases
Prioritization of Releases as per business benefit
Coordinate and provide business systems insights for all technology development. Work closely with Operations to design. Develop and Implement all technology initiatives in a coherent manner.
Analyse changes and alerts when there is any negative impact to the platform

Ensuring alignment between Business and Vendors

Ensure successful delivery of projects throughout the lifecycle
Ensure all project metrics (KPIs, Cost, timelines, issues, bugs, etc) are adequately monitored, tracked and reported

Support Strategic Initiatives

Monitors and understanding of currently emerging technologies.
Develop all Project approval documents
Identifies new and emerging hardware and software technologies and products based on own area of expertise, assesses their relevance and potential value to the business
Other tasks assigned by Head of IT Department

Your Skills and Experience

Bachelor Degree in IT
About 10 years in financial services of which at least 3-4 recent years in leading business transformation projects involving IT
Business Understanding across financial services and technology
Understand modern technologies (from application point of view - not necessary technical)
Applicative (ability to link technology and business trends & developments for innovative business applications)
Leadership in both team environment and individual
Working experience in foreign financial enterprises, or English communication environment is a plus
Willingness to travel

Công Ty Tài Chính FE Credit

Tiền thân là Khối Tín dụng tiêu dùng trực thuộc Ngân hàng TMCP Việt Nam Thịnh Vượng (VPBank), FE CREDIT đã thành công trong việc chuyển đổi hoạt động Tín dụng tiêu dùng sang một pháp nhân độc lập mới với tên gọi Công ty Tài chính TNHH MTV Ngân hàng Việt Nam Thịnh Vượng (được nhận diện với Thương hiệu FE CREDIT) vào tháng 02/2015.

Tháng 10/2021, VPBank hoàn tất việc bán 49% vốn điều lệ của FE CREDIT cho Công ty Tài chính Tiêu dùng SMBC (SMBCCF), một công ty con do tập đoàn Sumitomo Mitsui Financial Group của Nhật Bản sở hữu 100% vốn. Đồng thời, Công ty Tài chính TNHH MTV Ngân hàng Việt Nam Thịnh Vượng cũng được đổi tên thành Công ty Tài chính TNHH Ngân hàng Việt Nam Thịnh Vượng SMBC.

Sau 11 năm hoạt động, với sứ mệnh hiện thực hóa hàng triệu ước mơ, FE CREDIT đã thiết lập một nền tảng vững chắc và liên tục giữ vững vị trí dẫn đầu thị phần tài chính tiêu dùng với mạng lưới trải dài trên toàn quốc tại hơn 21.000 điểm bán hàng cùng hơn 16.000 nhân viên. Với hơn 12 triệu người dân Việt Nam được giải quyết khó khăn tài chính, trong đó có 30% hợp đồng vay mới mỗi năm, FE CREDIT đã góp phần đẩy lùi tín dụng đen, nâng cao mức sống của người dân lao động và thúc đẩy kinh tế tiêu dùng.
