- Manage, guide, and support
mobile developers, ensuring project timelines and product quality are met.
- Participate in the design, development, and maintenance of mobile apps for both iOS and Android using React Native.
- Analyze and optimize app performance, fix bugs, and enhance the user experience.
- Develop roadmaps, set goals, and ensure the team meets project milestones.
- Work closely with other departments (QA, Backend, Design) to ensure alignment and smooth product development.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest technology trends, experiment with new tools, and improve team workflows.
- At least 5 years of experience in mobile app development.
- Experience with Leader Position
- Proficient in React Native and related tools (Redux, React Navigation, Expo).
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, ES6+, TypeScript.
- Experience working with RESTful APIs, WebSocket.
- Knowledge of CI/CD processes and software development workflows.
- Familiarity with version control tools like Git.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, decision-making abilities, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work with different stakeholders.
