1 Develop output targets by year, quarter, month, week for sales supervision in the area in charge
of feasibility.
2 Develop a plan to collect market information about competition situation, customer demand in the
region.
3 Plan a survey and open a new point of sale in the area of charge.
4 Plan hiring and training skills for
sales supervisors, trade representatives, and market
development staff.
5 Deploy the company's promotions to customers.
6 Gathering information on output, sales of customers in the region.
7 Monitor and conduct debt collection within limits for customers in the region.
8 Provide necessary and timely information to relevant units.
9 Implementing the work of ISO, 5S, and labor safety of the Department.
10 Organizing analysis and reporting on the implementation of the above tasks, proposing preventive measures and periodically, monthly and quarterly improvements.
11 Conduct periodic, monthly, quarterly and annual reports on sales performance compared to the
plan.
12 Perform other tasks assigned by superiors.
- Graduated from University of Economics majoring in Business Administration or equivalent.
- At least 02 years of experience is
sales manager in consumer goods business.
- English skill equivalent level B
- Computer literacy in Word, data entry and access to specialized software; email, internet at medium and basic Excel
