Job Description
Sourcing and Procurement:
Identify, source, and evaluate global proposals for materials needed for the new process line.
Negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions, emphasizing high availability and top-quality materials while optimizing costs.
Continuously analyze market trends and industry best practices to enhance procurement strategies.
Manage supplier relationships, monitor performance, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain accurate records of MRO purchases, pricing, and supplier information.
Manage the budget for MRO procurement activities and identify cost-saving opportunities.
MRO Supply Chain Management:
Oversee the entire MRO supply chain, from procurement to delivery, ensuring that materials are available when and where needed.
Manage transportation and logistics to support the project, optimizing lead times and costs.
Coordinate warehousing activities for efficient storage and distribution.
Collaborate with subcontractors and labor teams to maintain an uninterrupted flow of materials.
Contract Management:
Negotiate, review, and execute contracts with suppliers and service providers.
Draft and oversee legal documents as required for the project's procurement and operational activities.
Ensure that all contracts and agreements comply with legal and regulatory standards.
Requirement
Bachelor's degree & at least 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Business or a related field.
Fluent in English (both written and speaking).
Proven track record in MRO procurement, supply chain management, and contract negotiation.
Strong knowledge of MRO materials and suppliers, particularly in a manufacturing project setting.
Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to secure favorable terms and conditions.
Proficiency in procurement software and tools.
Proficiency in presentations to groups.
Can-do attitude, creative, proactive, able to work independently and in a team
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced project environment.
Relevant certifications in procurement or supply chain management are a plus.
