Oversee the order processing team: lead and manage the team responsible for processing customer orders, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely execution.
Collaborate with logistics, warehouse, and accounting teams to ensure orders are fulfilled correctly and delivered on time.
Collaborate with buyers, customers warehouse and other relevant functions to tackle issues related to delivery-receiving of goods to ensure smooth delivery process.
Ensure strict compliance with company policies and procedures related to orders processing and customer support.
Reporting and analysis: carry out various sales reports, data analysis and other tasks under the department head requirement.
Edit, arrange, get signatures and address for all types of documents which related to business activities of Modern Trade Department..
Manage the distribution management system (DMS), set up daily routes to maximize productivity of sales force in the market.
Evaluate the effectiveness of each sales employee based on recorded data on DMS by making reports, checking and bring recommendations out to optimize and improve employees performance.
Support and handle issues related to technical errors, software errors, provide instructions and backup plans so as not to affect employees' use of the DMS software.
Monitor and manage all equipment and working tools of the sales team, propose new purchases, timely repairs and replacements.

Trình độ học vấn/ Education Background
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration
Kinh nghiệm/ Experienced Needed
· 5 to 7-year-experience in Sales Admin (MT channel is preferred)
Kỹ năng / Skill Needed
Good in English
Experience in FMCG area is an advantage
Have strong experience in using DMS and SAP system
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint,...)
