Mô tả công việc
* Delivery Management
- Oversee all delivery activities from MMVN stores to professional customers and B2C customers.
- Ensure delivery performance metrics such as delivery costs, sales margin, delivery on-time, order fill rate fulfillment are met.
- Ensure to provide the best of MMVN Delivery service quality to the customers.
- Monitor and control delivery costs to maintain budget efficiency.
* Process Development and Optimization
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve delivery processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Propose and implement solutions to optimize delivery costs and enhance service quality.
* Strategic Planning
- Formulate and execute strategies for the growth and development of MMVN's delivery services.
- Collaborate with the team to prepare detailed reports on delivery operations, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
* Operational Support
- Provide daily support and follow-up for the delivery operations team, addressing and resolving any issues that arise promptly.
- Ensure the delivery system, including the CCOD system and last-mile delivery system, is functioning optimally.
- Utilize MMVN's systems to support daily work and maintain smooth operations (Symphony, Gold, LMS tools...)
* Project Leadership
- Lead and manage delivery-related projects, ensuring they are completed on time and align with company goals.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure project success and seamless integration of delivery processes.
* Vendor and Logistics Service Provider (LSP) Management
- Manage and oversee all delivery logistics service providers (LSPs), ensuring compliance with contracts and MMVN's SOPs.
- Evaluate LSP performance regularly and take corrective actions if necessary to ensure high standards are maintained.
* Cross-Departmental Coordination
- Work closely with other departments such as Operations, Marketing, E-commerce, MIS, Finance, and Human Resources.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration between departments to support overall business objectives.

Yêu cầu
* Educational Background
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
* Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in delivery management within e-commerce, retail, or logistics, including at least 3 years in a managerial position.
- Proven track record of managing delivery operations and leading teams in a fast-paced environment.
* Skills and Attributes
- Strong ability to work under high pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in IT and delivery systems, with a strong understanding of logistics software and tools.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to plan, execute, and oversee projects from start to finish.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with experience in managing and motivating teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Good English communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
